Jake Perry brings decades of experience in information technology, networking, infrastructure, and IT service management to ConnectTech. His technical career began after completing extensive technical training and certifications through TechSkills, where his performance led to an opportunity to become an Information Technology instructor. He spent approximately five years teaching and helping prepare future IT professionals.
Jake joined ProLink IT Solutions in 2009 as a Systems Engineer and later became Service Manager, where he developed extensive experience managing technical operations and supporting business technology environments. His expertise includes networking, cloud infrastructure, server management, and technology solutions designed to keep businesses connected and productive.
At ConnectTech, Jake serves as CTO while also overseeing purchasing and estimating. His combination of hands-on technical knowledge, engineering experience, and service management provides ConnectTech with a strong technical foundation and helps ensure projects are properly designed and supported from planning through completion.
Jon brings a diverse background in information technology, operations, sales, and business management to ConnectTech. His career in technology began as a field technician, providing hands-on experience with the systems and infrastructure businesses rely on. He later earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the BYU Marriott School of Business and spent nearly four years with General Motors working in software testing and development.Jon has spent approximately nine years as Operations Manager at ProLink IT Solutions, overseeing technical operations, service delivery, and day-to-day business management. His experience also includes owning and operating three T-Mobile dealer locations, as well as working in door-to-door sales of home security systems, where he developed experience in sales, customer relationships, and leading sales teams.
At ConnectTech, Jon oversees operations and brings together his technical, business, and customer-focused experience to help deliver reliable technology solutions built around the needs of each customer.
Mitch Johnson brings more than two decades of experience in the technology industry and a proven history of building technology solutions around the needs of businesses. He founded ProLink IT Solutions in 2003 and has spent more than 20 years helping Utah businesses implement and manage reliable technology solutions. As an eight-year U.S. Army veteran, Mitch brings a commitment to service, leadership, and accountability to his work with ConnectTech.

Cordon brings a unique combination of military communications, technical leadership, and hands-on field experience to ConnectTech. His background spans network infrastructure, communications engineering, structured cabling, and fiber optics.
During his military career, Cordon spent 9 years in Combat Communications, receiving extensive training in communications systems, network infrastructure, leadership, and combat operations. He also served in communications development and instruction, network management, and telephone systems operations.
Cordon has continued that technical and leadership experience in the private sector, spending the past 6 years as a Foreman, Lead, and Project Manager, specializing in fiber optic and structured cabling installations and low-voltage infrastructure. systems operations.
He has completed 7 overseas deployments to the Middle East and Africa, including 6 in combat-oriented roles.
